Shipments and Returns


Orders are ususally shipped within 24 business hours after payment is confirmed.  Shipping charges are added to the order and paid in advance. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs and insurance if applicable. Shipping charges vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order for the lowest possible shipping charges. We cannot offer combined shipping when items are being sent to more than one location, indiviual shipping charges will apply to the total weight of each package shipped.  Packages are generally sent via US Postal Services at the most economical services, if you require addtional services including signature delivery, you need to inform us when the order is placed.  We will honor your request, with all additional charges being added to your invoice before shipment. 

Orders will be updated to include tracking information when the order is shipped. 

Memorys By Design will ship Internationally, please contact us directly for a quote.


Returns will be accepted within 14 days after order is shipped.  You must contact us to request a return authorization number.  If you need to return an item, be sure to follow these item condition guidelines. 

Items must be returned in original packaging, in resaleable condition.  You must also include, in the same condition as it was received including:

  • All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags
  • Accessories such as cords and remotes
  • Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards 
  • "Free gifts" or bonus items
  • All items included in a bundle

All returns for unwanted items, or items ordered by mistake are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Make sure you follow these guidelines. If you don't, you may be subject to a range of actions, including limits of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.
